Robyn Mourning

Robyn Mourning, MS, NLC, CPT is a trained Marriage, Family & Child Therapist, trauma recovery specialist, and EMDR clinician. After retiring from clinical practice, she shifted to new roles in the mental health field.

As Director of Marketing and Program Excellence at Scaling Up, Robyn drives marketing strategy, program development, and the ongoing improvement of educational offerings. She ensures programs align with company values and mission, while empowering trauma-informed therapists through high-quality training and community support.

Outside of work, Robyn is a creative, fitness enthusiast, mountain adventurer, and anti-oppression strategist. She lives in northern Colorado with her daughter and fur babies.
